By applying our molten aluminum coating (Aluminize α treatment) to stainless steel materials, we can dramatically improve galling and seizure resistance to 1/80 of the original material. Additionally, removed stainless steel bolts and nuts can be reused. Heat resistance is also improved simultaneously. In an environment of 850°C, the durability of SUS304 with Aluminize α treatment is increased by 100 times.
